Today Coronavirus has become a serieous cause of global fear and concern. However, we can avoid the life – threatening virus from affecting us and our loved ones. But how?

Just by learning from the mistakes of other countries , being conscious and taking preventive measures.

By now we must be aware of various preventive measures such as the use of mask, regularly washing hands with soap and water and others.

Nonetheless, staying at home is probably the best precaution we can take at the present time to prevent COVID-19 from making us and our family it’s victim.

Many people are finding Coronavirus lockdown comfortable. But I’m not one among them, I need to engage in something to make this time at home productive rather than boring or frustrating.

So if I have been finding it difficult to stay idle for a long period of time without going anywhere or without doing anything fun, here are things I can do to utilize my time :

★ Exercise : It is probably the best time that I can indulge in exercising and ensuring that I remain helthy and fit. I can either start a new form of exercise or continue with my old one as per my wish. What’s best is that in both cases, I will work towards improving my immunity.

★ Find healthy food items to eat : Apart from my Coronavirus – relatee Google search, I can also look for healthy food items that I can include in my diet. I can also check the nutritional level of the food items that I include or exclude certain items according to my needs.

★ Attending online classes : The COVID-19 has resulted in schools shut all across the world. With this sudden shift away from the classroom in many parts of the globe. Our school wondering for the adoption of online- learning will continue to persist post – pandemic. Our school teachers are providing education through whatsapp videos and messages & l follow them by taking their notes and videos and do it my school copy for study.

★ Play games : I can dedicate a specific time to slot each day to PUBG an online multiplayer game with my friends.

★ Watch movies : This is the time I can indulge in bieng – watching old or new movies that I have never seen before. Pick a few good Hollywood or Bollywood movies and call my family members to engage in this fun activity.

★ Re – arrange our household items : Once I have cleaned my home sweet home thoroughly, think of re- arranging our household items such as television, sofas, chairs, dining table, decorative pieces, and others to give my humble abode a completely new look.

★ Reading books : What a better way than reading books during the idle time of Coronavirus lockdown. It not only bring me knowledges and ideas but also introduce me to a completely new world of life experiences.

During the Coronavirus lockdown, I will get more than enough time to be alone. Grant myself some, ‘Me – time’ and reflect on my future goals, physical and mental health career aspirations , and more. Basically utilize this time in thinking about everything I want for myself, but usually don’t get the time to ponder over.
